| Effective
December 2005, Hampton Inn properties are required to comply with
the new guest directory format that was developed by Hilton Hotel
Performance Support. As deemed by Hilton, North American Directory
Services has complied with all specifications and is authorized to
produce new Hampton Inn guest directories and binders. Should the
specs change, North American Directory Services will be forwarded
the appropriate information to make these changes. |

| As mandated by Hilton, each guest room/suite must contain a directory. Directories must be placed on the top of each desk in each guest room. Best of all, we guarantee compliance and send all proofs to the Hilton corporate office for approval to make sure your property's guest directories meet all corporate specifications. |

| The
directory inserts are printed on 100# bright white stock; 3-hole drilled;
each section of the directory inserts has its own layout (e.g.,-the
page labeled guest directories is the first page of the guest services
section). Information included in each section includes welcome, description
of property, hotel layout, places of worship, etc. |
